BEST TV BOX FOR VIDEO CALLS (SKYPE)

Hello,
i would like to buy a good tv box for video calls (to be used with skype or other video chat apps)

i owned the T-R42 but now is bricked, and was not very good for video calling...
(i bought a logitech c270 camera...) :

sometimes the video calls with skype worked, some times didn't work...
and also the camera application had many problems (sometimes crashed opening it)

i saw on aliexpress the cs968, that has built in camera... perhaps this is good for video calls?

any suggestion?
