Anyone know how to contact this company or any other Rockchip TV Box Factory?

They make several TV Boxes, but get no response back from them.
Rockchip refuses to fix simple wifi issues and want you to sign NDA's.
They say it's up to the manufacturers to release new firmware, who also don't respond.

They were the ones releasing Android 4.4 firmware and sources.

It looks like all the Android KitKat 4.4 Kernel sources & android sources have been removed.
Is there anywhere to still download it?
I found this link for the Android sources, but can't find the individual devices kernel sources anymore
