REF:PIPO M9 PRO 3G Versİon..widget stucking problem.. Android 4.2.2. version...

After a long journey, I received my pipo M9 Pro 3G device today and after charging it, I started to check the device and wanted to read the user manuel with built in E-Bok reader. But all of sudden, a notice appeared on the screen ,notifying " Unfortunatelly, PhotoGridWidget has stopped" and since than the device can not accept any other commands. Although I pushed the below "Ok" button to clear this notification, it neighter dissappeares nor allows to push any other button on the touch screen. I tried many times to restart the device and even re-set it , but the notifying problem still persists and I can not use the device any more, since I can not give any other touch commands on the display..



Pls. kindly inform, how I can resolve this problem, and if this can be handled anyhow, or whether the device can be set to factory settings, where I can not command any buttons on the screen?



I have android cell phone, Galaxy Note 2.. It allows to set factory settings by pushing some original (non virtual) buttons like on/off + voice + back in the same time..

Flashing one of our customs ROM's will take care of the problem.

Both the Finless ROM and the RileyROM's come without the PhotogridWidget.

You wouldn't by chance have downloaded an OTA update? Sometimes files get changed that will cause problems.

If you want Jellybean, I recommend the Finless ROM.

If you want KitKat, I recommend my RileyROM 2.6.

Just make sure you read the First Time User's Guide and follow the instructions for flashing the ROM before you start.
