Rooting without TPSparkyRoot

Hi guys,

I have another question that I hope someone can help with.

I have a CS918 T-R42 which I am wanting to root.
But.. when I click on the "USB debugging" within settings that I need for TPSparkyRoot to work with, it ticks, and then unticks itself when I select another area of settings.

I've tried alsorts of combinations to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd like to raise the cpu speed that is 1200Mhz

i tryed some programs but 1200 seems to be the max

is there a way to raise it?
