I have switched off debugging, unmounted the sd card, I run the usb cable, don’t chose usb storage, seem good to go.
I run ROM_Flash_Tool_137.exe and get the "Found RKAndroid Mass Storage Usb” line at the bottom, I then click the button that says "Reboot2Flash", I get the message “Device cannot do switch, because of no drive.”
I now run the RKBatchTool in the “alternate_reboot_to_flash_tool” folder, this returns a fail, I try a manual switch (not really understanding what I want to achieve) holding power and esc, the pipo reboots, I am back where I started.
Perhaps I don’t need to switch or reboot to flash and can go straight into erase IDB then flash the rom but am not keen to go if it’s not the right thing to do. I am sure I am missing a point somewhere but……….
Thanks for reading this, I have searched the posts but cannot find any clues.
if this should be in current rom's please move it.
