    Problem with Tronsmart CX-919

Hello! I'm new to this site, so please forgive me if I'm posting this question in the wrong area. I spent a good 45 minutes looking around the site to see if anyone else had this problem and offered a solution, but I couldn't find anything. I recently purchased a Tronsmart CX-919 HDMI TV dongle. Yesterday it was working just fine. Today I unplugged it so I could copy some files (bookmarked websites) to it from my laptop. I followed the instructions in the manual....connected it to my computer using the USB cable that came with it, waited about 45 seconds for the LED light to flash, but it never did. Just stayed on constantly. I waited 5-10 minutes, and my laptop never did recognize that anything had been plugged in. Tried a different USB port. Same thing. (Other flash drives, etc. are recognized, though.) I tried pressing the Fn button (which is what it says to do once the LED light starts to flash, even though it never did), but it still wasn't recognized. So I decided to copy the files over to an SD card and plug that into the Tronsmart's SD slot. Plugged it in to my TV's HDMI port just like before; and now the home screen doesn't show up. I just get Android logo with the spinning circle around it in the middle of my screen. And that's it. It's just hung there. It's been plugged in for a half hour now and I still have just the logo. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any idea how I can get it working again? It's brand new.....I just got it this past week. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Seems you brick your device when you try to connect with your laptop. you just need follow instruction, and re-flash the firmware again, and you will be ok.

next time, if you want to connect the cx-919 with your pc directly, you should make sure to open the "usb debug" in setting, and then connect. no need to press the fn button if you don't want to flash the firmware.

What OS are you using.? Win 8.1 does not find the cx-919 due to driver and handshake problems. Also use a USB 2.0 port not USB 3.0.Try to flash a finless rom. It always works for me.
