Erase IDB Failed

Hello. Im trying to flash my M6 pro from RileyRom JB 1.4 going to RileyRom KK 1.8. My issue is I cant Erase IDB. Im always getting that error. I tried using different USB ports, a different USB cable and even a different Windows 8 PC.

Is there a workaround for this?

Try erasing idb using the 1.4 ROM. Then flash with the 1.8 ROM.

I tried using the 1.4 Rom to erase the IDB but it yielded the same results. I did the same procedure stated on the guide. Use a different USB cable, different USB Port and tried to reconnect the connection and made sure that the connection is made between the PC and the tablet.

Does your tablet still boot to the 1.4 ROM?

Yes it does. RileyROM v1.4 4.2.2 ota 1.1.0 20131125.

You have a bad USB connection somewhere.
