    Re: Custom kernel for M6Pro

Been using M6Pro_140427_r5 for a couple of days and haven't had any issues with it. My M6Pro is the most responsive and stable it has ever been. Many thanks for the efforts of maakie and all others involved in making this kernel.

I have an unlucky CPU. In spite of that I think I will try some of giouncino's tweaked versions of this kernel to see how they work on my tablet. Fingers crossed.

I tested this kernel this morning, and after 3 minutes the tablet restarted.
So I went back to the old version of M6Pro_140418.
Is it my tablet that is truly "bad luck"?
    : Mad:
What I've always 3G signal that cuts alone even with the PIPO 4.2.2 ROM

Thank you anyway for your work.

That's true but it's looking very promising, the CPU spends a lot of time at 216 when the tablet is idling or your app is not doing much.

I think you cannot say that NOW. You need to use the tablet for a while with this kernel and see how much time your tablet stay at 216Mhz in normal use and see if REALLY 216 save battery is such a way that could be visible!

    Are you sure?
I think that 216Mhz is too low to be used by the tablet, and in any case has a voltage higher than 312Mhz in some modded kernels.
I've removed it on my modded versions.

It's a very good kernel though!
    Very good job maakie

Unfortunately it seems I can not attach it to my post, so you'll have to wait a little.

I will try. is it possible to increase the battery life?still just 4 or 5hours. but the cpu is not lucky one. just your kernel stable.
