Which ROM?

Hi, i'm new to this whole android TV stuff!

Ive bought a minix x7 and at the moment its just stock with beyondXBMC on it atm!

So fairly general question, which rom should i flash?

I basically bought it to what icefilms and sport if that has any reflection on the rom used?! Also could someone tell me how to get flash on it? i went onto the flash website and went through the archive but couldnt find the android version (its so i can use plus1hd to watch the football)

ok took your advice decided to go with hardware guru. but do you have any idea with my flash problem?
