General questions about Android TV sticks/box

I have some questions about Android TV sticks/box: (Sorry if this has already been answered)

1. Do these devices allow or are there any apps that allow you to password/pin protect the device (like you can on a smartphone) for added security?
2. Do any regular Android TV sticks/boxes also allow for EZCast/Miracast type screen mirroring from an Android phone, or do you need a separate device for this?
3. What is the best app for using my smartphone as a mouse/keyboard on a TV Stick?

Does this apply to devices like the google sticks MK808 and MK809II as well? Does it come factory pre-installed on them,(Miracast,Ezcast etc), or do you have to put those onto the stick?

Most are factory preinstalled. If not a custom ROM will do it for you.
