Nextbook nx008hd8g trouble, bricked and cant install roms

I have a nextbook 8se nx008hd8g yfg1013. I rooted it about a month ago and had no problems and then it just went to recovery and boots to the second screen and before it gets to the third it goes black. I cant seem to install a new rom or stock rom or anything. it keeps saying install aborted. Any help would be welcome

I'm guessing you're using the stock recovery, in order to flash a new rom you'll need to use CWM Recovery

could you walk me through the process from start to finish. I am having a real tough time here. I'm a chef technology is not my strong suit. It is a Nextbook 8se nx008hd8g yfg1013 made october 2013. I misplaced the external sd card that came with I have a spare 8gig I am just unsure on what i need for it.
