strange behaviour - > remote riitek rii 6 oO - > stuttering

hi
i hope someone can help me.
ive got a riitek rii 6 remote.
i like the remote but iam getting more and more crazier every day oO
sometimes the remote is doing all the stuff - perfect, but sometimes the remote is reacting veeeery strange and i cant move the mouse straight over the screen and the mouse is stuttering.
i thought maybe iam too far away from the receiver, but -> i was right in front of the receiver and the mouse is also reacting like shit oO
i connected the receiver directly to a usbport (tried all the ports) - samt shit
i connected the receiver with a usb-cable (1m long) and placed the receiver away from the neo x7 - same shit.
i thought " ok,its the battery" -> battery is full oO
i dont know what to do :C
i got hardwareguru rom malipatch 4c ,no oc,clean system,rooted,meaybe 4 apps on the system + beyondxbmc
into the neo x7 there are -> 1 lan connected,1 usb for my hdds, thats it, 1 usb is left,no wifi,antenna is not connected to the minix.
i thought -> maybe the usbport doesnt have enough juice for the receiver oO ??
pls help me :C

I have the a2 and am experiencing the same. Lags across the screen and stutters. Did u find a fix?

no fix at all.
it ried several things now:
-->> changed all the cables

1. new lan-cable (cat 6!!!)
2. new usb-cable (for my 5bay hdd-tower,best quality)
3. new usb-extension-cable (1m, to decide where to place the receiver for the remote)
and... u dont have to ask i also tried to connect the receiver directly to the minix-> no effect,same strange behaviour
so its not the cable

sometimes the remote doesnt response when the minix is working,so updating database and stuff like that.
sometimes the minix has nothing to do but the remote also doesnt response perfectly,stuttering.
maybe its the remote itself :C

I got a Rii remote (not 6) and I find that if I'm getting too far from the dongle I have some lag issue.
I'm not far from the X7 on my everyday use so I don't often experience this behavior.
If you get closer from the X7 is the remote responding better ?

EDIT: Try without WiFi or internal Bluetooth enabled.

I had a Tronsmart remote that caused terrible lag and stutters. I thought I had a defective X7, until I tried using a corded USB mouse, and everything worked fine after that.
After some investgation, it seemed like others had problems with various remotes. So now I stick to Minix brand remotes. I have the A2 and have tried the A1. Both work properly.

i also think its the remote.
when minix will bring out their new remote -> ill buy it ^^
by the way,the new remote looks way better and has gyroscope,nice
