Skype error message "Skype has stopped working"???

My Skype is operating normally, suddenly having problems today can not access the normal way to be.

When I log into Skype it always displays an error message "Skype has stopped working"

I tried to log in but still does not help, please ask my way to such a problem is not it? I installed the new version of Skype but still encounter the same error message!

Check if you have .net framework installed, try to completly uninstall, reboot, reinstall application.

What operating system are you using? What version of Skype? What anti-virus software are you using?
