MK908ii crashing

I just found that my power supply was causing my mk908ii and all other devices on my home wifi to lose internet connection, even when the stick wasnt connected to the power supply. Must of been sending out some strange interference as it used to work fine.

However now i just have it plugged in to the usb port on my tv set top box for the power supply. I have just installed a few different xbmc versions but they all seem to crash and reboot the stick when used. Would this be caused by not having enough power from the usb or something else?

The stick which i hadnt used for a while is all stock at present. Thanks

If you attached to usb tv, you must Check that this port is 2.0 A, if not, you dont have enough power.

yea i am not sure, but it probably isnt. would this cause xbmc to crash? the stick and internet browser seems to be working ok

Got a new 2.1a power supply and it seems to be working well now. Now to decide what to flash it with and which xbmc
