    mk808 adb from (arch) linux?

Has anyone had any sucess on detecting mk808 via adb-detect from linux? I detect the device when I lsusb (although it doesn't have a name) but that is all I can manage. Is there a guide anywhere? I've Looked everywhere. My samsung s3 is detected properly. Also is there an easy way to mount it? I tried installing simple-mtp from arch linux aur with no sucess (said the package was corrupt).

Don't know if you solved this yet, but here are a couple of links I found useful to accomplish the task:

From Arch wiki: Connecting to a real device - Android Debug Bridge (ADB)
From an Arch blog: How to connect Android Devices on Archlinux via ADB

    Hope that helps.
