USB unknow (descriptor error) windows 8.1

Hello everybody,

I have an error when i try to detect my MK802IV for flashing in Windows 8.1
When I push the button and next i plug the device in usb.
When I go to device manager i can see
the message "Unknown USB Device' (device descriptor request failed)" next to my device.
How i can fix that to flash my MK802IV ?

As I had no issues with my 8.1 installation, and the fact that you have left very little information to go on :P, my first thought would be that you did not install the drivers before connecting the device to your computer? If you did, you can try using another port incase the current one has issues, and if you still have issues, and you have an alternate male-to-male usb cable I would suggest trying that as well

All else fails, try on a different computer if available!

it may be the cable, and it may be the usb port,
try to use the usb 2.0 port.

that was my problem anyway..
