Here are a few things I tried and work pretty well, post more if you guys have any other suggestions as posts for the 702C are pretty scarce
1) Install swapper2 from the market and set it to 256MB on /mnt/extsd
2) Install System Tuner from the market and set the sd cache size to 2048kb
3) Also set system tuner to kill apps when screen is shut off, this makes it go fast when you first use it.
4) Install setcpu and set a profile to go slower when screen is off (use ondemand governor for screen off)
this will save battery
5) in Setcpu set the governor for the rest of the time to fantasy it runs full throttle, do not overclock as this freezes the tablet when you go over 1.1ghz (at least on mine)
6) Use go ex HD launcher, its very light and fast plus is more customizable.
