Android TV box with DVB-T and digital audio

Hello friends,

I am interested in buying a Tv Box with :

a) DVB-T stable support (pvr, timeshift etc)
b) network sharing-streaming through ethernet cable (wifi is optional)
c) digital audio output for connection with my A/V reciever (optical or coaxial)

The above criteria are required
I dont care about what is the proccessor or what version of android is on.

Any suggestions?

there is noone that is interesting in DVB-T with android?
or
there is no reliable and stable device with DVB-T ?
or
Am I asking too much in one device?
