please someone can tell me if M8 or Vegas with chip Amlogic s802 support 3D decoding BD/SBS/TAB/FP formats? thanks!

What is the TV box player with chip more fast for games and apps that support to video decoding in 4K, 3D SBS, 3G dongle, WebCamera build in with Android 4.2 or better 4.4?

I have seen 3 models:

C918S
M8 (without Camera)
Vegas (without Camera)
