I tried all the fw links and all the fw there seams like it doesn't have the 5G the 2.4g is slow as 4-5 Mbps which is slow on watching hd movies is there posible Finless Bob to make an fw with the 5G in??

You have to be patient... Eric said he will re-upload the correct version when he gets time. He is probably waiting for the fixes for xbmc audio sync fixes from factory before uploading. (He said hopefully before chinese labour day - thats thursday).
I believe the beelink fw is correct? http://www.bee-link.com/en/article.php?id=129
Its 600MB though and very slow to download. I'll rather wait a day or two...

oh ok. There is so many contradicting reports I don't know which goes for which... Best just to wait a dew days until Eric/Bob uploads something that works. They know about the issue and is working to resolve it.

Because we have got the second bulk of tronsmart vega s89, and i have got one standard version to test.

i flash the same firmware i offer to you guys, and check.

when first boot, i think i have the same problem with you guys, there is no 5G wifi signal find, then i switch to ethernet connection, and then i switch back to wifi, this time, i can find the 5G wifi signal and connect.

the problem is really strange. please help to check.

all of the device in our warehouse are being tested now, and the 5G wifi and bluetooth is ok with the newest firmware.

Sounds promising. Does that mean you can send me my vega s89 standard 16G -5G wifi etc before China has yet another holiday!?? ( labor day) when I ordered it was still showing as in stock then I check back the next day and it has a presell notice and out of stock which was slightly annoying to say the least, could have purchased elsewhere and had well before now, considering I paid extra for dhl delivery it's been about 3 weeks... and customer service have been of no help, I go on holiday for 5 days on Monday and would like to recieve by then... think I deserve a free air mouse don't you?! I don't understand, so many times not only twice but many times switching on wifi to ethernet vice versa for the new firmware but nothing happened, and to my frustration co'z got no more extra long lan cable for my vega s89 I flashed the old stock firmware at least got 5g wifi hope that you can do something about it eric. thanks

I have been thinking about a purchase but I just don't feel comfortable until the basic firmware/and or hardware issues get resolved. Once basic problems are gone, IMHO this device could the best Android t.v. box on the market.

I did that too many times like Eric did but still no 5g , i will flash it back too because is useless for me the wi-fi on 2.4G.

I tried that and it didn't work for me with the 5g also no change to the Bluetooth, nothing found no matter how much I muck around.

If you have a new firmware to try then please upload it to mediafire and I'll try it and feedback.
