Minix dont decode with hw transponder stream MPEG4 H264. inded support hardware but any devoloper support this codech. Enough for cpu and gpu. Minix officials update 01.05.2014 work perfectly gotham rc1. Mpeg2 ts works perfectly. Good htpc minix. But dint work to decoding ts stream. Why dont support. Single core aml8726 m3 playing hd ts stream but quadro core not playing that is very very intelligence )))

I found stock player of new firmware that playing mpeg 4 avc part 10 perfectly. How I add xbmc customplayer. can you have advanced xml for stockplaye. Perfec firmware out minix officeal team

I wanted to try with 4.4.2, but tvheadend does not find the usb stick in dmesg is detected correctly.
I'm using the last package that you've posted in the tread of Live TV, maybe with 4.4.2 the encoding is supported.

I think that you have to try minix official firmware.
maybe kitkat usb dont work truely
