Added all the fixes from 1.0 added scripting and 1080 kernels.
To Install extract files and install drivers if necessary.
Run the flashtool. Connect mk808(b) from otg port to usb while pushing in button opposite led to put in flashmode. You are in flash mode when flash tool says “Found RKAndroid rock usb”
Choose proper kernel by hitting the square to the right. But don’t flash 1080 until after your setup.
Push the flash rom button.
After complete boot the rom….it will look wonky for a while until you update search.
Got into settings
Screen and set the scale.
Language and input and change pointer speed to full.
Date and time and automatic date and time….it is set to do it but after first boot it looses it. Set your time zone
Go into developer options and set 3 animation scales to .5
Reboot and make sure time is set.
Open the play store and put in your credentials….and update everything….
Rename “CWM rename update and put on sd card.zip” to update.zip and put on sd card….this will install cwm.
After going into cwm for the first time make a backup to external sd card.
After you have a backup flash the busybox symlink.zip….This turns on all the scripting….if you become unstable restore you backup you made and go into the /system/etc/init.d folder and open the cpu script…..Change 1608000 to something smaller. Install busybox symlink again and test….what this does is no more running a cpu tuner….when you aren’t using the device it will go to lowest possible frequency….but as soon as you move your pointer it will go to full speed…. Test it out with set cpu by Michael Huang from the play store.
(cron is broke….will post fix shortly already uploaded and noticed....dont want to reupload)
If you notice there are several other scripts in the init.d folder they are there for examples and you can delete them….Cron starts a cron service where you can schedule scripts to run…if you go into /system/etc/cron open the root file and you can schedule jobs…do a little googling its easy to setup. I reboot mine every night…Time is set to ust so set a job up at say midnight to echo date and time to a file and let it run 24 hours to find out offset.
