If you want to install apps on the external SD you can use the Link2sd app which will link data from the apps to the external SD freeing up room on the internal memory.

Does someone check the speed of the SD module with e.g. https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....a1dev.sdbench ?
At the K-R42 I have find out, that the module is only sepc 1.01 = max 12.5 MByte/s
The best way to find out is to use seq read with an e.g. UHS-I card...
