Clarification
What I meant was: on my M8 with the 30 April firmware, I tried to run the final release of Gotham (XBMC 13), which I downloaded from the XBMC site. I had to uninstall the RC1 version first. The final version of Gotham didn't work, producing no video. I assume it will have to be compiled specially to run on this firmware.Originally posted by JustMe View Post

I just got 12 of these M8 boxes, and im a bit upset at how the native builds of XBMC dont work on thes,
its upseting to know the company is making some hacked up version of xbmc to make it work

Perssonally the issue where the unit switched on and off in standby mode and also switched signal to the tv is a more of a worry , then the 5ghz, then xbmc
