One last question... I dont find in System/Pref/Sound (or in XBMC-Pre) where or how to adjust the audio sync to 300 ms earlier (and used as default for all videos) as you suggested...

Where or How Can I adjust this Audio Sync to minus (-) 300ms?

HW decoding is enabled by default.

You can find It here: System -> Settings-> Video -> Acceleration

Sound sync:

1 Start playing a video
2 Make the OSD ( on screen display) come up
3 Navigate to audio settings, It looks like a speaker icon.
4 Select audio offset
5 Move slider to the left until It says 300 ms earlier.
6 Go back to sound settings and select set default for all videos
7 It will ask you to confirm, select yes.
8 All done
