    Hi Beelink M8 users!

There is a new 104K4 firmware for your M8 (round box) on the Beelink web site:

    1. Compatible with the two wifi module ap6210 and ap6330
    2. Add PPPoE
    3. To solve the media center to stop running
    4. Integration of the new version of XBMC
    5. Optimization of DDR signal
    6. Optimization of temperature control
    7. Optimization of HDMI display compatibility

hmm nice to see an 8GB /16GB model all in one firmware.. though I wonder what the M8B model differences are?

Am I missing something? I do not see it on the site. still shows 102K4?

hmm.. very odd.. maybe it wasn't supposed to be up there?

I was wondering what a model M8B was (maybe it's their variant of the S802-H).

I have the file downloaded already, so will stick it on my dropbox and send you a link. I haven't updated my M8 as yet, so cannot comment on the firmware in use.

I downloaded it but it has been removed from the beelink site since then.

Its still available here (they keep all the FW versions) :

I personally feel 8GB is enough. Have indexed 2TB of movies and series abd it anly uses about 1/2GB or so. Almost everything I wish for fits into 4GB easily.
If going to be doing lots of gaming then it might be wothwhile to go for 16GB but else 8GB should be more than enough for 99% of cases

                Hi all

                New member here..

Been reading this thread with interest.
Had my Beelink M8B for a week now and am very pleased with it.
Looking at mapping my mele f10 pro but thought I'd just check for firmware updates first.

Latest on belink site still 102k4 M8 8gb

However my box is as follows:-
                model M8B
                kernel 3.10.33
                Build 104k4
