Can you downgrade PMID702C to gingerbread or honeycomb?

I feel as if ICS is a bit sluggish still, I bet gingerbread would work awesome has anyone gotten the 701c firmware working? I cant flash it, I tried cm9 with no avail and can flash the 703 fine as well but cant use the 701c at all it just hangs.

If not is there any other rom options, I see plenty of options for the 701c but it appears the 702c is not getting any love.

There's not even a full root method as far as know (let me know if I'm wrong). I'm assuming since it's already at the latest android version most devs don't see a point in creating roms for it.
