What Firmware for this Box?

Hi all, I'm looking for some help identifying what firmware I need for my TV box.

It looks the same as this and on the board it has RK3188_BOX_SZY_X6 V1_0

I'm not sure if its an R42 or a TR42, my box has bluetooth if that is any help!

CS918 come to market in same time as T-R42, however, the factory screw up the versions, and now we only sell on version in our site, shopping link:

Label in back cover should be the same as T-R42, however, the model should be CS918.
PCBA board:


the print on PCBA board should be RK3188_BOX_SZY_X6.
the wifi/bluetooth chipset is still AP6210, same as MK918.

Still not sure about firmware tho!
