Need help with CS918S firmware

i purchased this brand new CS918S with 2gb rOM and 16gb and 5 MP . it worked for few hours and then when i rebooted it it gave me a launcher error. now i am getting http://i62.tinypic.com/2lldipx.jpg

can anyone help me how to do a hard reset for cs918s? also when i connect it to my pc it shows as no device attached

It's an Allwinner A31 device, so you better go to the Allwinner sub-forum here at the board...
