Connecting other android device as USB camera (or over WIFI)

Hi all,

is it possible to attach android phone/tablet as a USB camera to MK908II device?
There are many apps that allow to use tablet/phone as a webcam for MAC/PC , as they need particular PC/MAC software. I cannot find any android app that allows to do the same between android devices.

is there any way? I can surely buy a USB webcam and attach to MK908II .. but since we all have many devices with camera, just thinking if there is a way to utilize them?
