vega elite upgrade problem

tried to upgrade the vega elite with the lastest firmware.

by doing the *.img file.

i get into the recovery menu. xp will not see the vega unit.
by using the usb burning program.

tried the finless rom by microsd. (13 beta)
found the vega will not see the kingston micro 8 sd class 10 unit.
can not put the files onto the microsd. by either the vega or xp.
xp does not see it as well.

it will see the internal sd by plugging the vega into the otg port. on xp.

i bought a usb micro sd adpter.
am able to move files to microsd card.

vega, will not see it.

tried two xp compuiters for usb burning tool.
both are not sen by vega.
continue to go inot recivery menu.

vega will see the usb micro sd adpater, when plugged into the usb port.

i found that my vega elite. for some reason.
the xp usb buring tool. does not see the vega elite.

the same unit, does not see the micro sd card. (kingston cl 10 8g micro sd)

i bought a micro sd usb unit. plugged it into the usb spot.

ran the update&backup program. like it says in the finlass 1.3 beta rom.
(i used that version of rom)

it seem to work.
