Android CS968 flashing help

ok so im got everything connected in batch tool the little square on bottom is pink so i loaded custom rom

G:\CR11S-CS968-2MP-1080p-Ultra-HiDef-Plus4-AP6210-20140314_update.img

so then i tried disconnecting from my computer hold reset with pin for 3 second plug usb back in pc but nithing batch tool just says no device connected ??


what am i doing wrong ?



*i managed to do it but while it was flashing yellow i would not let go of reset is it ok to at this stage ?

If it is recognized it will be green in the box. Flash away

try pressing switch button on batch tool when it is pink.
...does it become green ?

ye managed to flash it mate still nothing works though .....i can get on xbmc but (big but) nothing loads says resolver error i updated it but still same error here is a vid i uploaded i no its off topic but thats why i flashed it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzJuN8RuDaY
