Android Box, NUC or other solutions ?

First I give you my apologize for my bad English language.
Well I'm looking for make my TV (Samsung 3D 46 inchs) "smarter"

My wishs is to:
-Read 1080p and 3D 1080p MKV without lag
-Capacity to have Android system on it (with a nice launcher it's can be great!)
-XBMC (even if right now Android version is still perfectible)
-A compact size is a good thing
-Possible use an Air Mouse
-RJ45 port on it
-A price of 150 dollars maximum

If a new perfect product is release in next 2 months, I think I can waiting for.

The Minix X8S should be out soon.....wait for it. Rumor has it that the price will be around $150 and it will do everything you need.

Yes I will waiting for it and in the same time see some reviews about new product with the Rockchip RK3288.
And make a choice, hope it will be the good one.
