AppMgr III (App 2 SD) Can't run on S89 device

I spent a lot of time now trying to figure out how to get xbmc to run from my external sd card. I have used apps like external 2 internal, app manager 3 with no success.
However the app manager 3 give me a message right after installation that reads "the device does not have the real primary external storage, or the primary external storage is emulated. Moving apps to sd function cannot be supported by this device.

External 2 Internal would be the ideal app to use but i have tried and have failed in trying to get my internal memory to flip over to my external so i can use 0 cache in xbmc.

I cannot figure out why it can't be done. I would really appreciate some help in this regard.

Kitkat has changed how VOLD works for defining sdcard, etc. This I assume is due to SELinux security.
We will probably have to wait for the makers of these APPs to update them to support kitkat.
