What ROMs can i install in this MK809 III? Please help

Hi, first of all i want to thank you all for this forum and for providing so much useful information.
Unfortunaly after some most of the posts in this section i can't find which roms i can install in my android stick.

    I'ts a MK809 III rk3188 or rk3188-t quad core with mediatek mt5931sa and mt6622n.
The reason i want to flash a new rom is just because XBMC seems to be suffer from frame dropping while watching videos even at 720p or lower. Tried latest oficial nightly and latest stable release, beyond xbmc and spmc and all of them showed this problem. Besides that the stick works great for the price.

To help you help me i have attached pics of the device.

    Thanks in advance.
P.S.: Sorry for my bad english.

I got a MK809III all so and can't find any ROM to install on it.

I all ready flashed a lot of ROM's on it but none work. I seen your photos and that's the same as mine. It was only $44.99 free shipping that was about 3 weeks to get.

    PicUntu-4.5

    A Android one even.

    I guess 3 others.

I love to have a Ubuntu server on it. But now nothing works on it but flashing things. If there is not a Linux for it then what Android can I install on it?

The most I get is title screens but they just stay there or keep rebooting to it.

I have exactly the same HW and I'm also trying to find a way to install ubuntu on it, did you have any success? I have tried multiple versions of picutntu and linuxium ROMs but no success, I dont even get the login screen!

I have the same device. there are no roms fully working, due the WiFi & BT hardware.
I had and 4.2.2 android as stock firmware and i found a new build with 4.4.2 (here) but it is a stock rom, so no root, etc..

what I'm searching for, is a headless home server, so it does not really matter if bluetooth works or not but it should be linux.
