Device wakes from standby once in a while and goes back to sleep

I see sometimes my device wakes from sleep (red light goes to blue, and back to red). This happens quite often, but I cannot tell how often.

Why is it doing this?

Wait for an update every box is same since the first day ... (I guess network activity triggers Led only )

Today we got an update for Square box M8 (not compatible with round box) and no more blinks
