Deleting download instalation files on MK 808?

Hi,
I want to delete the installing files which came when I downloaded the app from Google Play. I've deleted the app, no longer required, but the original download remains. How do I delete (remove) this file?

so if I got you, you downloaded an app from google play, then uninstall it via apps settings but it is still showing in your app drawer?

It could be maybe user folder with settings still left in a specific path

do you actually still see the app that you deleted?

Do you see the apps in Settings>Apps>Downloaded or Settings>Apps>All - only? If is only listed under the latter, it is a System app an you need something like Titanium Backup to uninstalled it safely /correctly. Just removing the apk from /system/app folder is not the best way, but it will work too.
