No output from Tronsmart S89

Had this for about a week, rooted and working ok. Suddenly, however, there is no output from the box at all. The blue power light comes on and the remote can put it in and out of standby - but there is no HDMI output to TV at all. Tried on 2 different set ups, same result.
Any ideas or is this going to have to go back?

Also with different HDMI cable?
