Hi all I'm new to the scene, watched a few videos on you tube and thought that looks easy.
How wrong was I. I bought a RK3188 quad core mini pc box from the internet with the intention of flashing it with linux asI only use XBMC.
Got myself a whole load of tools from the forums and set about my task.
PC picked up the box and installed drivers then I thought its just a case of going through the step by step instructions.
WRONG I flashed the box and it went all the way through the process only to fail at the last.
In RKBatch tool the square went red. I proceeded to join the pins as instructed by the guide and the box went blue then I wiped the idb and it went green. I then tried to reflash the unit and it installed (pass 1 fail 0). Great I thought, then I looked at the TV and it was full of code flashing on and off.
I can get the box into loader mode but am unsure how to proceed from here. Please can someone help me to get my box back in operation.
