as you might know (or not know maybe :P) I've been trying for ever to compile the kernel for my ATV120/Gamestick to go with my custom ROM for those devices. It seems all the sources I can publicly find are not complete or don't have all the pieces to properly compile (at least for the ATV120). I am not an expert kernel developer, but I am learning, now my question, is it possible for me to get access to this git? I know its secret and I will only use it to try and compile my ATV120 kernel. I am not even sure if it will work for me, but I am willing to try

anyways, let me know if possible, if not, its OK no hard feelings

That would be great news if it's no longer private. The only public git repo I can find of oman's contains a kernel source (s82_master) which won't compile past the drivers. I believe this is the correct kernel for my m82b and would love to try and make some custom kernel builds.

Might this "other repo" perhaps have the entire ROM sdk too?

No sense asking me. It's up to Oman and AMLogic to allow it to be released.

AML in the past has released sources but seems they are acting like RockChip now and don't allow makers to release it. Wish I could be more help but my suggestion would be for everyone to bug AML about it.

To me it would be enough if one would integrate the drivers for an external Bluetooth or WiFi stick. The simultaneous use of the internal Bluetooth and WiFi interface leads to intolerable performance degradation, since only one antenna is used for both interfaces.


So I ask you either to integrate the driver for an external Bluetooth or WiFi stick in the kernel, or to give me access so that I can make it.
