If you flash TWRP and enter it on exit it will ask if you want to root your device.

                      Hello to all friends,
I tried to install the miui in my ifive.
I was not able to have root with kingoroot.
I installed the TWRP's with Rockchip flashing tool but I do not know how to boot into recovery (such as keys used).

To boot into recovery, for example, use https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ions.quickboot

what do you recommend for the root.
I tried but I did not recognize the device.

wow, cool to have miui on ifive as well (i love it on my xiaomi hongmi). is there any way to install this on a non-retina device, or would you advise against even trying it? if so, any idea how hard it would be to adapt this to a non-retina ifive mini 3?
