Yes, different issues should be in different threads.

Also, I guess the rules should be (at least at the start) that only the ROMS provided by you must be used and loaded using the exact procedure provided. I suggest also that no tweaking of the ROM (e.g. build.prop) should be allowed unless instructed or agreed upon by you. That way everyone will be testing the same baseline. Even the testing of complex applications like XBMC should be done in a fairly controlled matter. That is not to say that if a problem exists with the baseline that the testers should not try some solutions and report if they have found a fix. But once reported the unit should be returned to the agreed upon baseline. This is just to ensure that you are not diving into some rat hole just because one of us did a unexpected change to the unit. In the end it is your call how you want to proceed
    Yes,good advice.

At the beginning,The only ROM is from me..And what I were fixing is OTA update in the past several days, there is still some problem..If OTA is available ,there's no need to update by hand..

You can test everything you can,the more severe the better, but not try to put it into fire..cooked it

You can install any APPs,mount any peripherals ,usb stick/HDD,camera,Remote..just tell me the model of them, the Logs when issues happen, the version of APPs,the process of reproduction..and so forth.

I plan to discuss different kinds of issues in separate thread, such as xbmc,wifi/ethernet,hardware,peripherals,multimedia,stability ,APPs.....

How many mod rom's will be available at the beginning do you think?
( => I think one and we all know from which guy )
How many of the testers will be able to mod the rom?
And of cause if some mod's will be done that must be communicate!
