Hi. Firstly I must say sorry for my English. I will tell great detail the problem. Hopefully we will solve together.
I had moded device with using cooper heatsing and artic mx-4 termal paste one month ago .Using this device with different roms, kernels, oc values 15-20 hour in one mounth and dont take problem as I will tell.
Three days ago I installed neomode 3.1 with d33 kernel 4.21 on my device and begin to tests. After 10 minute stability test (gpu-cpu), I get colored screen with segmented lines and device crash. When I was restart stick, end of the second boot animations I see this colored lines again. I tred to install different roms and take same problem. Days after I sat in the chair and said :
"holy fu...170 dolar, went in vain?"
Anyway , next day i tryed to start stick again. And device worked without any problem.
2 minute after 
I said from inside "Whats going on". Device had been crashed with colored lines. Tried again and again.
Second trial : After boot animation device crashes
Forth trial: After first logo device crashes
Sixth trial: Not take screen
At this point I wake up and doupt from temputure. Wait 10 minute and tried again. Device work without problem but 1-2 minute later died. I decided to refrash termal paste and check heatsink contact. Found my old digital termometer and started device.First try device open but others.... Temp was 27 C
I said from inside "Nothing to lose. I ll take hair dryer and f... rock chip
" Joking apart, I had free time and I wanted to deal with it. Set dryer to max, change temp to 80 C and started device. You will not believe but it opened and stay without colored crash screen. After that I open antutu and make some tests. Device didnt crash during tests. Temp was 70-80 C but not take any error from device. It was very interesting. Under idle wait to temp decrease under the 50 C. And again Colored lines on screen and device restart by itself.
After long trials found operating range to 55-80+. Under this values device crashes. ( By the way i tryed to up heatsing to 100 C and not take any error from device. On rockchip website this value is max 85 C for 3188)
Here My story. I wanted to get opinions about fix device. Last i want to try this metod (nothing to lose). this from computer gpu but maybe its work. Thank you. By the way May i take a mark for my English?. Like "2/10".
