What tablet computer to choose ipad or pipo?

I'm looking to get a new tablet and have narrowed down my choices to an Ipad mini http://www.phonearena.com/phones/Apple-iPad-mini_id7523 or a Pipo max m1 http://ipadalternative.com/en/high-e...era-white.html , i'm interested in any helpful opinions anyone has on both tablet computers, i know the ipad mini is smaller than the pipo but i can't afford the full size ipad at the moment and want to know is it worth spending extra on the ipad mini or spend half the price on the pipo m1. The question you really need to be asking is if you want android or iOS. You can't really compare an iPad to an Android device like that. You need decide what platform you like best THEN decide what hardware you want.

If you go with Pipo, consider one of the newer models. The U8 is more like the iPad Mini. Also the T9 is their newest model with an 8 core MTK processor. The M1 is older technology.
