ip cam as webcam

I have an ip cam I would like to use as a webcam on my X7 with Skype. can anyone recommend an app to do this? On Google play there are many apps to turn android phone in ip cam or view ip cam but Carnt find one to make ip cam recognised by skype as webcam.

The first link you post I had read and refers to using windows and an android phone as the cam. (not what I'm asking)

The second link, a Google search is about using an.android phone as ip cam! (not what I'm asking)

Neither of these are what I'm trying to do. I have a dedicated ip cam! I don't need to use an old phone as the cam.

What I need is an android app that will recognise the feed from the ip cam and make skype see it as a webcam. Non of your links explain this.

Lol last time I checked the x7 runs android which as it happens will not run Windows software! Read my question again and watch the video you posted!

Again I want to use Skype on my android neo x7 to connect to an ip cam.

I do not want to use my android phone's camera to connect to Skype on a WINDOWS PC. As all the links you are posting tell me how to do. The key here is ANDROID not WINDOWS!!!!!

i know that maybe all solutions are directing to PC but right now i cant find any solution for android but there are sometimes ways to use linuxsoftware on android.
i just want to show you stuff where you maybe can find something that could help you
the RIGHT way or solution has to be found by ourself but ill search a little bit more.

can you tell me the model of your ipcam ??

While I agree people need to find info for themselves sometimes many hours of endless searching can be saved with a simple question if someone has already done something similar, isnt that what we have forums for?

Cam is a Vstarcam T7838WIP, can access the feed from the X7 and view in browser just need the adapter app like the ones for windows PC to make it show in Skype as a webcam.
