XBMC ethernet busy/notconnect/connect

I’m new in here, i buy this tronsmart s89 elite last week (my first TV BOX).
i have strange problem.
The TV BOX WIFI connection is very good (WIFI Anlyzer) but when using XBMC the network connection moving to busy, not connected and connect again (every 0.5 min!).
my firmware is 100k4,
i try to upgrade it, but the USB burning tool not finding and connecting to the tronsmart (i follow instructions in this forum - from geek gadgets). i couldnt find bin file to use upgrade with SD card.
what can i do?

I is not an update, it is a NAND flash...

Don't ask me, why he don't published this important information also at the thread
