I need a new wpa_supplicant that support Static IP for Nextbook 7P S (Resistive Screen).

I tried a new wpa_supplicant from "Ad hoc really working with new wpa_supplicant file" and it still not have STATIC IP for WIFI.

does anyone have a wpa_supplicant with a STATIC IP support in any ICS tablet? I will appreciate if anyone can share it, my ROM before is Advan Vandroid T2i. It has STATIC IP but i don't have ke backup ROM, so i can't get the wpa_supplicant
