S89 Elite: XBMC ethernet busy/not connect/connect - On 1.5 Rom!

I’m new in here.
I buy this tronsmart s89 elite last week (my first TV BOX).
The TV BOX WIFI connection is very good (WIFI Anlyzer) but when using XBMC the network (system=>network) but when using XBMC the network connection moving to busy, not connected and connect again(every 30 secound...)
I have been told to upgrade the rom to 1.5. (this thread).
I did it but it didnt help!
now i have the 102k4 firmware with 1.5 rom but still the same problem.
Is there a problem only with my TV Box?
Should i return it to the store?
What to do?

If your internet is going out only while using XBMC then it seems like it is an XBMC problem and not a firmware problem

I try 3 different versions (13, 13.1 14)
the problem is only on XBMC
This what i see at XBMC:

IP:10.100.102.4
SUBNET MASK:255.255.255.0
GATE:10.100.102.1
MAIN DNS:10.100.102.1
SEC DNS:
Conection - busy/not connect/connected (every time somting else).
What you suggest?

I am using ethernet network and XBMC - no problem.

DNS is fine assuming his router is also his DNS server

for someone who doesn't know why his internet isn't working I doubt he set his router as his dns server. Just get setdns from the playstore and choose a preset.

Hi.
As you suggest, i used app to change the dns.
And i don't know what it's mean dns server... I never did..
I put 8.8.8.8 instead, but it doesn't work..
Now i have:
Mac...
Ip:10.100.102.4
Subnet:255.255.255.0
Gateway:10.100.102.1
Primary dns:8.8.8.8
Secondary:8.8.4.4
Still the same lost connection...
Do i need to change something at my router?
Any other suggestions?

before changing to google dns. Go to whatsmyip or dnsleaktest and see what your dns is. Then use setdns to keep your dns from changing

1. GW = DNS is normal and ok (normaly you don't have to use another DNS than the GW, that means normally your internet router (the GW) also handle the DNS)...
2. I don't really understand at which point you get the network trouble...
2a. Web browser (e.g. at 'www.speedtest.net') and so on works fine?
2b. as soon as you start xbmc, the connection slows down? Or at which point (at xbmc)?

Dnsleaktest said 212.76.z.t (the hostname is my internet supplier name, maybe the ip is my supplier ip? )
X&z not equal
Y&t not equal
So the two web say different ip....and both of them different then the ip i see at xbmc (10.100.102.4)..
Is it normal?
I try to put dns=212.76.x.y like at the whatsmyip
But i lost connection even at the box: couldn't use Explorer (page could not be displayed)

I use DNS=GW (10.100.102.1) but the problem still exist.
The problem is: at Android (Explorer, Google play) i have good connection, wifi analyzer show good signal.
Only at xbmc i notice that things open slow and sometimes i get connection errors.
I enter the xbmc's system => network and i see the lost of connection (busy).
It's only at xbmc. Didn't notice it when using the web normally. As soon i start the xbmc.

I believe your router handles dns queries through you isp unless you modded your settings. On most android devices I usually spoof my mac and up and use unit.d scripts to either dnsmasque to reroute dns queries to localhost or mod dns to google dns with add blocking. On this box I'm having trouble modding any of my network info. On yours your dns is looking at your router. I'm starting to get some of the same symptoms as you (with many of the system stats in xbmc saying busy and not being able to connect to the net). I'm not sure if its mods I've tried to apply or if it is me using ART instead of dalvik. Are you doing any mods such as croddbreeder or using any xposed mods? Are you using any apps that claim they can speed up your internet? Are you using ART or dalvik? Maybe if we compare we can find a solution. Other than that we will have to look at xbmc logs which I'm away from my box now.

I never change my router setting.
Sorry but no, i didn't install nothing yet..
Wifi analyzer but i uninstalled it, and dns changer. Nothing else, it's brand new tv box...
How csn i see the xbmc logs?

well. I had a better synopsis all ready to go but my rollback phone (palm pre) crashed. Hopefully my novella autosaved but its doubtful due to an 6 year old phone ((love webos) someone needs to port lg's webos to android with acl andoid google play support to this device). thats asking a bit much but once i get some sleep and wake up ill give the likely problems for our problems and tell you how to submit and upload logs
