Update MK902 to Kitkat

I have a MK902 on order. I would like to flash this update

Is this a stable update? This will be my first time flashing a ROM.

The instructions in the manual are hard to understand. Is there a better tutorial posted somewhere?

great rom created by the team the nitro team

or Smic rom its fast and as new kernels built by D33' its stable too. lots to chose from Neomodes works too and of coarse Bobs,
