use southern telecom site instructions
Southerntelecom.com site has instructions. I had this problem and believe the screen calibration was off so could not log in.
However it resets tablet to factory setting. You could try flashingone of elecktic roms if available for your mdel.

pushing in the reset button with a open paper clip first.
